1. Open https://gtiit.zoom.us/profile/setting in your preferred browser and sign-in with your GTIIT account. Turn on Breakout room and Allow host to assign participants to breakout rooms when scheduling if they are not on yet.

2. Create a Zoom meeting in the Moodle course (see also Schedule Zoom meetings from Moodle). 


3. Visit https://gtiit.zoom.us/meeting with your browser, where the new created Zoom meeting is listed. Click the Topic of the meeting to enter the meeting page.


4. Click on Edit this Meeting button on the bottom right of the page.

5. Turn on the Breakout Room pre-assign and click on the Import from CSV to import rooms and participants.

6. On the pop-up window. Click the download link to download the template, in which you can arrange the rooms and participants. Upon completion of the CSV file, upload it to meeting room via the previous pop-up window.

7. Save the meeting after all set.
