To find who can approve the reservation, please follow these steps:


In the Admin Panel, go to Instruments -> Instrument List -> use the filter to find the instrument and find the Service Group Name of that instrument:

Then, go to Service Groups -> Service Groups -> locate the Admin Mail of the person who approves the reservations for this Service Group:

An email will be sent to this address asking for approval of the reservation:

Clicking the link View full reservation details here will redirect the service group admin/lab technician to the screen where he/she can approve the reservation.

 

Change the Order Status to Approved and click Update Reservation:

Alternatively, the service group admin/lab technician can approve the reservation through the Reservation History screen:
