To given permissions for users to reserve an instrument, there are a few ways to resolve this:

1. You can choose to allow unlimited reservations to all users for this specific instrument (go to Admin Panel --> Instruments --> Instrument List --> Choose the instrument --> Restrictions tab):

2. You can grant permission to the specific user Yi Zeng or to the user group this user belongs to (training level is not mandatory):

  

3. Another option is add user permissions by going to Instruments --> User Permissions. 

Click the add icon at the upper right hand corner.

Choose the instrument and user/user group you wish to grant permission for the instrument:
