Create Shared Calendar in Outlook 


To show your department’s event schedule to public, you may use this function in Outlook Calendar.

  1. Open Outlook->go to Calendar tab->click the “three points”->select Folders:
  2. On the left menu, find the University Calendar which is under the Public Folders:
  3. In the University Calendar, select a date which you want to add any events, then click New items->select an item:
  4. In the new event setting interface, set up the subject, location and start/end time, then click Save&Close.
  5. The event you just set will appear in the corresponding date of the University Calendar:
  6. For others, they can go to this public calendar to view all the public events in the university.
